And we met again.
If you don’t know yet, these three are my best college buddies. I started to be in their small group way back our 2nd semester during our first year in college. They’ve made my college life a lot more bearable.

Now that we’re done with school, we’re almost parting ways. We rarely see each other these days, but we never fail to update each one our whereabouts through our group chat (thanks, messenger!). April will be leaving to Batangas this 16th of December and Alaine is now working in Sicogon Island in Estancia which is a couple of hours away from our town. Lyka is also planning to work in Manila, and me? I don’t know yet. Probably I’ll just stay here for now.
Gone are those times when we are each other’s company almost every hour of everyday.

Yesterday, Alaine went home from Estancia to spend her day-off and so, we decided to meet. I was honestly so not in the mood to go out, but I can’t say no to them and plus the fact na minsan na lang ‘to kaya sige.
We met in Gaisano Boulevard and opted to spend some time in Cebrew CafΓ©. Like the usual, we ordered a drink and something to munch (which in this case, some fries). I got a Caramel-idk-frappe.
We took pictures, shared stories, and laughter. At syempre, hindi mawawala ang asaran. We teased each other about our love life, pero syempre wala kami nun. Only Lyka has a love of her life.

When it started to get dark, we decided to part ways. Alaine and April has to go home already because they’re living outside the city and they still have to travel a couple of minutes to their respective homes. Also, Alaine has a wedding to attend to the next day and she still had to carry her baggage with her.
And our bunso (Alaine) turned into a cry baby as we bid goodbye. I was also trying to hold back my tears. Ang cute! She really missed us. And of course, I missed them too! I always miss them.
I’m so grateful and blessed to have them. I know I only have a very few, but they are the ones I could always be certain of.
See you again soon, girls! Continue to move forward! Let’s chase our dreams ♥
